Upon Arrival:

Check-In at the ICE Check-In table on the 1st Floor across from the STARBUCKS.

You will receive an ICE wristband – DO NOT REMOVE until you are backstage.

Once Checked-In, proceed to the TANNING or MAKEUP/HAIR location.

TANNING: Inside the ATRIUM – Exit the glass doors next to Starbucks & walk to the RIGHT of the building and ENTER the GLASS doors on the RIGHT.

MAKEUP/HAIR: Inside the room next to the ICE Check-In Table (across from Starbucks)

All athletes must check in upon arrival to ensure service is provided in order of check-in time.

TANNING APPOINTMENTS

Top Coat Applications: Friday, July 4th from 4-8 am

Men’s BodyBuilding & Classic Physique

Base Coat Applications: Friday, July 4th from 2-9 pm

Makeup & Hair

The ICE™ Makeup and Hair package includes ONE application and ONE touch up before Prejudging. It does NOT include an additional touch-up or application for Finals. The schedule with your appointment time will be sent out 3 days before the show.

In order to keep our Artists on schedule and your show day stress free, you MUST arrive to check-in for your appointment a minimum of FIVE MINUTES ahead of your scheduled time.

Any Client arriving more than TEN MINUTES late to their scheduled appointment time will be regarded as a CANCELLATION and will forfeit their appointment time with absolutely NO REFUNDS, no exceptions.

Tanning(Required)

Tanning Service Appointment includes 2 base coats the day prior and 1 top coat the morning before for Prejudging ONLY. An additional base coat may be purchased for application the day prior for a total of 3 base coats. Tanning Packages include spot touch ups by hand and glaze application for both Prejudging and Finals backstage. The schedule with your appointment time will be sent out 3 days before the show.

Finals - Makeup & Hair Add-on

If you didn't purchase the Prejudging Service, you can't order the service for FINALS. Partial is either your eyes or face without reapplying eye makeup.
