ICE™ Makeup and Hair packages include ONE application before the photoshoot. It does NOT include an additional touch-up or application during the photoshoot. The schedule with your appointment time will be sent out 3 days before the photoshoot.

In order to keep our Artists on schedule and your photoshoot day stress free, you MUST arrive to check-in for your appointment a minimum of FIVE MINUTES ahead of your scheduled time.

Any Client arriving more than TEN MINUTES late to their scheduled appointment time will be regarded as a CANCELLATION and will forfeit their appointment time with absolutely NO REFUNDS, no exceptions.
