Refund Policy
Pre-payments are NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellations of any service for any reason.
Transfers: One time transfers are accepted if cancelled within 2 weeks or before your show date, anything after that window, transfers will not be accepted.
A booking can only be transferred once. If a client cancels again, the booking will be non-transferable and you will have to go through the booking process again. Transfers are only accepted in the same calendar year. No transfers will be moved into another fiscal year.
